I was impressed as to how much Tyler knew about the vehicle. With his knowledge he was able to demonstrate the features of the car. He was transparent about the pricing and we did not feel the need to haggle. We really appreciated that Tyler offered a couple of options like tinting the driver and front passenger windows to match the other windows and that he not only offered Ziebart but explained what it covered. Very impressive! Tyler and Mike in finance were professional and personable. We can truly say it was an enjoyable and easy process working with the Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai team.
