Internet buyers beware! ! My father Scott, purchased a 2024 corvette with 5478. Miles from Ray skillman Chevrolet and had it shipped to California in an enclosed trailer. Whe ! My father Scott, purchased a 2024 corvette with 5478. Miles from Ray skillman Chevrolet and had it shipped to California in an enclosed trailer. When I received the car off the trailer it had a ABS light on. Drove it up the hill to my house and the check engine light, transmission light along with other warning lights came on. Called dealership and they apologized and said this happens all the time and had me take it to my local dealership. Local dealership diagnosed a bad ABS module which was on back order. Sent email to the General Manager at the dealership but was ghosted. I contacted General Motors about the situation I was in. They assigned me a case # for the issues I was having. We sent another email to the General manager this time he responded to our concerns but took no responsibility what so ever. However did asked what would be fair resolution to our issues. We had sent 2 more emails to the General manager but only to get ghosted by him. Even General Motors contacted the General manager but he still did nothing. No emails no calls. Did absolutely nothing!! After 15 weeks of not being able to drive the car the part came in. The car got fix but I was not able to drive the car for safety issues I could not register the car and ended up paying 771.00 in late fees. So long story but would think twice before buying a car from the internet from this dealership. More
