Led me to believe I bought a GM certified Vehicle. After the sell, I found a few minor things wrong. GM certification means there cannot be anything wrong. Called and talked to salesman about it. He said "I dont know anything about that, I'll have to call you back." He calls back and s says its not a GM ceritified vehicle, its a Ray Skillman certified vehicle. I asked what that was and he said "I dont know, I'll have to call you back." He calls and says they check a few things. How can they sell me a vehicle when the salesman had no idea what he was selling me. I asked how much I had to pay to bring it back or could I trade for something else. Salesman said he would check on that and call me back. NEVER called me back. They never said sorry or what can we do to make this right? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE More

I visited this dealership looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used car. I was aware that my used car would not be worth much, however upon inspecting my car, the man who helped me made jokes about and purchase a used car.
