He walked me around and showed me several vehicles. He was very detailed in his explanations of the different vehicles. I explained to him my price range and he conveyed this to the finance guy. Once I had purchased new Equinox, Kevin sat with me---getting everything set up how I wanted my car---taking his time explaining everything again and answering all questions that I had. Travis, TJ, and Jody TOP NOTCH customer service...I run a courier service and we had been having van issues and went to another dealer in town and bou Travis, TJ, and Jody TOP NOTCH customer service...I run a courier service and we had been having van issues and went to another dealer in town and bought a van only to have the motor blow this said dealer replaced it with another van and 2 days later the motor went out on that van I took them both back in and told them to give me my money back...while I was in the cut rate dealer I called Travis and explained my situation, unfortunately I had lost a lot of money due to being down. Travis got right to work, financing was going to be an issue, but not for these guys, Travis sent TJ across town to pick me up at the other dealer...by the end of the day I left the lot in a reliable professional and presentable cargo van that I can get 4-5 years of service out of...IF YOU ARE IN A BIND GO SEE TRAVIS!!!! Horrible customer service We were in the process of buying a vehicle from this dealership. The first vehicle was in horrible condition. It was rusted out on the bottom of the We were in the process of buying a vehicle from this dealership. The first vehicle was in horrible condition. It was rusted out on the bottom of the vehicle and after having it for several days the check engine light came on. Luckily we had not purchased the vehicle yet. We were lied to by the salesman who stated when it was traded in the check engine light was on and was fixed by the service department. Clearly it was only reset. Very shady. We then proceeded to find another truck from another Ray skillman dealership brought to this dealership to buy. They told us they would bring it here we could purchase it there. Mind you we stayed with this dealership because we had purchased another car there the year prior. Hence repeat business. When they brought the truck to us we tried the vehicle out for a couple days. 36 hours later we were told to return the truck and they could not work with us because they would have to pay to much to buy the truck from the other rays killman dealership. We were told the truck could not be financed through a bank because it had too many miles and not a new enough year. The buy here pay here lot wanted to charge us 21% interest. We then had the truck taken back to the original Ray skillman west side auto mall Hyundai store. As soon as we walked in that dealership we were greeted with kind employees. They were able to sell us the truck at a decent interest rate. The employees at Ray skillman Chevrolet are RUDE and UNPROFFESIONIAL. Their used car manager is extremely unfriendly. Do not go to this dealership!!! More

Just good people I went into this dealership looking for a ford f150 an was met with a very friendly staff. When the banks came back and said they couldn't lend enough money the other manager over heard and said let me try. I really felt that they wanted to help me .
