I purchased a 2024 corvette last month… Asked the question about recalls and oil life left on the car. Was told the car was good to go…got home from dealership and found out the car only had 2% of the life left. Took my car into a local Chevy dealer and was told it also needed (2) recalls performed, besides the oil change… half a day later I’m back home. This dealership sucks big time and are worthless. My 2 cents. Called my sales person and he said they (dealership) was trying to save me 2% of my oil life on the car… that’s almost funny but I make close to $1,000 dollars a day and had to take my leave to get all this work accomplished. Not funny!!! Would look at a different dealership to purchase a car… I will be looking at a dealership for my next corvette.

Please read my response about the conversation with my salesman above. He basically said it was not a big deal and that I had 2% oil life left on the car and 2 recalls to take care of on my own. I was lied to when I asked to make sure everything was good to go on the Corvette. Very sad… I will not ever purchase from your dealership in the future. Best of luck, if that’s how you guys conduct business. I took off work and my local Chevy dealership took care of me.

I have reached out at least three times to the Chevy location. I talked briefly with the New Car sales manager. Longer with Used car manager - who when I asked to talk to his boss he told me he was in charge. I talked J. Skillman and was told the vehicle had no dipstick even though I pulled it as did the Mechanic who is now replacing the Transmission. I also talked with the GMC location and Kia store. Very disappointed with lack of caring. I could have bought a car from a fly by night dealer or on Craig’s list at least that way I would have expected that no one checked the fluids.
