Skillman won me over! I came into Skillman to look at a couple of vehicles I saw online. I met Kohlin who showed me those vehicles plus another that wasn't online. Hats off to Kohlin who knew what I wanted and was easy to work with. He handed me off to Doug who handled my financing. Barry showed me all the features and electronics of my vehicle before I drove it away. No high pressure tactics at any point. I feel completely satisfied. And as I told Barry before I left "I hope I never see them again" meaning I think I bought a really great vehicle that never needs a return visit to Skillman until a regular service visit. I will definitely go back to Skillman when I purchase my next vehicle. I was also surprised to see they have a buy-here-pay-here lot at Southside Kia which wasn't for me but might be for someone else so they literally have something for everyone! More

I knew I’d buy from them again. Today, I went to buy a new car and knew I was interested in either the Eclipse Cross or the Outlander. Mac Bridges was very professional and extremely personable. He dealt with my many questions in a kind manner and never seemed annoyed or as if I was wasting his time. Most important he didn’t pressure me into looking at something more expensive. He knew exactly what I wanted and showed me those vehicles. I left today with the car I truly wanted with more bells and whistles then I could have imagined. Doug Magnusen, who assisted with my finanicing was also extremely professional, patient and friendly. He worked my numbers till I was at a payment I was comfortable with and probably knows enough about me now that you’d think he was one of my best friends! Ha.
