I can honestly say from the moment we walked in the door until we left following the final paperwork and financing, nothing was ever presented that was a surprise or a deal stopper. My first expereince with the dealership was a call to the dealership sales dept and I spoke directly to the manager, Casey. I had a great feeling about him and proceeded to the dealership even though I had closer Kia dealerships to me. Besides the salesmen opening the door for us when we arrived, Casey immedicately placed me in the capable hands of one of his saleasman, Cyrus, who was a true gentleman selling autos. The used car manager, Marcus, provided humor and fun to the transaction and Dave completed the deal in a very positive manner in the finacne area. Overall, my wife and I were please from soup to nuts and would highly recommend the buying experiance at this dealership. I'm a local Busienss Executive who appreciates good customer service and values a great customer expericence and knows how hard it is to get everyone on a team to row in the same direction.
