This was our second trip to Ray Skillman. We worked with Colt Key four years ago when we were dealing with a lot of credit issues and he really helped us with our situation. Chaz was a good listener and did not try to sell me something I did not want. He was easy to be around and not pushy or too "overly salesman-y." I was little upset when I was told that my Kia Rio was not qualified for a $500 competitor car rebate but that has nothing to do with Ray Skillman. I hope Hyundai will address this by provide similar rebates for Hyundai and Kia owners in future. I inquired on line on Tuesday and by Saturday, I think I had four or five phone calls and several emails. That part I see as a downside as I don't like to be bugged that much, but I know that is a part of sales. None of these were direct from Josh but from the Skillman team. More

I was really nervous going to purchase my second used car by myself but this dealership made it really pleasant. I corresponded with Troy for a week before going out to check out any vehicles and they accomm by myself but this dealership made it really pleasant. The negotiations were as relaxing as could be expected but they definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I had visited a different dealership prior to this one and they didn't compare to Ray Skillman in customer service and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends. More
