I have been bringing my Kia to Ray Skillman since I moved to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon meeting him on my 1st arrival, he treated me like I was a long lost friend. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail about what was needed, what was not needed, & how much it would cost. I just got my car back again & this time I had the opportunity to meet Greg who was again very friendly, knowledgeable & empathetic to my needs. When I was not sure how to proceed & what I would finnaly do, Greg & Jim went out of their way to assist me with all my decisions & in the end, gave me the best service immaginable. I will continue to bring my car to Ray Skillman as long as I have it, & when the time comes for a new vehicle, I am leaning toward seeing how the rest of the Ray Skillman team will assist me in that endeavor.
