I give this dealership the highest rating listed above because, Mr. Kitchens was very gracious in greeting me on the car lot as I walked toward the building. I told him that I was looking to purchase a SUV and that I was there to see Colt Key. He said he would go in the building and let Colt know that I was looking at the SUV's on the lot. I thought that was very honorable of him to let Colt know that I was there as opposed to trying to step in and try to make a sale for himself. As it turned out, Colt was busy helping other customers, so he asked Mr. Kitchens to assist me. Mr. Kitchens was kind, patient, honest and very knowledgeable of each car that I showed interest in. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Kitchens. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He knew the details about each one of the SUV's I asked about. Mr. Kitchens helped me find the SUV's that I liked and one that was just right for my budget. Customer satisfaction was Mr. Kitchens first priority. I was very pleased with my experience at Ray Skillman. Colt and Leah worked real hard to get me in a vehicle after my S10 got smashed. I have horrible credit and they still managed to get me into my jeep on short notice. They are awesome. I had been searching for a new vehicle for some time when I stumbled across the Ray Skillman website and saw the new 2011 Mazda lineup. I went in for a visit on August 6th to see what they had to offer. When I stumbled across the Ray Skillman website and saw the new 2011 Mazda lineup. When I traveled to other dealerships I either; A. was never approached at all, left to wander the lot aimlessly or B. was ignored until I entered the main complex. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by Eric Alcorn, and salesman exuding friendliness without being too 'in my face'. He was quite helpful in making my purchase and even helped teach me how to drive a Manual Transmission in my new car! I was introduced to the parts and service departments and given a solid understanding of everything they could do to aid me with vehicle maintenance. We also received some super delicious cookies while we waited for paperwork. Seriously, they were tasty. In the end, with their help I was able to settle into my new 2011 Mazda 3 and I must say I am quite happy with my purchase. I never expected a semi-sporty car to be so affordable! He took me around his lot and showed me the cars he had and then took me to the other Ray Skillman lots. When I couldn't decide between two cars, he printed out a side by side comparison of them. He was very helpful and friendly. He didn't pressure me into buying something I wasn't sure I wanted. When I went to trade in my car, they found a few problems with it. They did give us a great price for the trade in despite the problems. Everyone I worked with was great. I got a great car for the monthly payment I needed. I would recommend going here and asking for Ken! More
