Professional, Courteous, Detailed I took my 2015 Kia Soul in for me oil change at 25,000 miles. The customer service person who checked me in told me that I would be due for some addit I took my 2015 Kia Soul in for me oil change at 25,000 miles. The customer service person who checked me in told me that I would be due for some additional services at the 30,000 mile mark that would cost me about $400.00 total parts and labor inlcuding filters, alignment, oil change, and a couple of other items. As I was waiting on the car, a technician came and informed me that they recommended an alignment and changing the air filters. I agreed to do this. When I checked out, the customer service representative explained that about half of the things that would have been done at the 30,000 mile service were completed and my estimated cost at the 30,000 servicing would be about $200.00. This set my mind at ease - knowing that I was not going to be charged at the next service for something they had already done. I'm impressed with this service center. I purchased my car there and liked the salesperson and I drive from the South side of Indy to get my car serviced there because I like the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. More

Brakes Called in early morning. Though they were busy, Jeff recommended to come in and drop the car off. Got to the shop, Jeff and James were there to greet Called in early morning. James provided me with a loaner car so I can go back to work because of my meetings that day. I dropped my car off at 10 am. I received a message from James at around 1:30 informing me that I will need new rotors and the price was a little steep. I called James back and got Jeff. I informed him to proceed with the new rotors. I have trusted their professionalism and work before and I will continue to do so. Though the price is a little steep, I'm willing to pay more for better quality and this place has the quality. Picked up my car at 4:00 pm. James informed me of what to expect for a day with the new rotors and pads. Great team. More
