Recall I took my wife's car in for a recall for the hood latch and the technician stated there was an outstanding recall for a sensor that had not been addre I took my wife's car in for a recall for the hood latch and the technician stated there was an outstanding recall for a sensor that had not been addressed. I purchased the car as a gently used vehicle and was not made aware the sensor item had not been fixed. The technician caught it, but you may want to pass to the salesperson he should have had the sensor recall corrected before he sold the car to me. More

Very good experience My son's car needed a quick repair and since it had not been in when it was scheduled, we ended up getting maintenance done as well. They finished it My son's car needed a quick repair and since it had not been in when it was scheduled, we ended up getting maintenance done as well. They finished it in one day and did a good job communicating. We worked with Tony who was very nice, knowledgeable and let us know what he recommended and what could wait. Excellent service I was having problems with my tires losing air pressure. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got it covered under warranty. Skillman Mazda Service on Pike Plaza are always excellent. I switched to Skillman West Side Mazda for service on my 2008 Mazda MX-5 several years ago instead of the dealership where I purchased the car and was I switched to Skillman West Side Mazda for service on my 2008 Mazda MX-5 several years ago instead of the dealership where I purchased the car and was only 20 minutes from where I lived. I was so overwhelmed with Jeff Hodge's department that when it was time to buy a new MX-5 in 2014, I did so completely dependent on Jeff and his Service Department. In other words. the Service Department made the sale. More
