In a pinch I telephoned in a potential problem Friday around 5:30 (close at 6). Mechanic checked it out in the morning described what it was and I drove away free of charge. Great and honest shop in my experience. That's all you need in an automotive shop. More

She checked for any recalls on the vehicle and found there was one (hood latch cable). The service department had the part in stock so was able to fix the vehicle while performing the routine service. I was out the door in just over an hour. I should also add that I did not purchase my car from this dealer, but will definitely continue to have it serviced by the Ray Skillman team. More

As I was leaving the garage the following Friday the tire low warning light came on. After looking at my tires it appeared that they were all inflated sufficiently. I decided to visit the dealership to have the problem fixed. Without an appointment I was seen immediately. It was determined that the tires were okay and that the sensor needed to be reset. I was very pleased at Skillman's prompt and courteous resolution of my concerns. More
