I want to extend a huge thank you to Chris Marinello, Giovanni Aguilar, and the transmission technician for the outstanding service I received. I brought my car in because the transmission was slipping and had a bad shudder. Since I have an extended warranty, I was very nervous about how everything would be handled. Chris was exceptional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and reassured me that he would do everything possible to work with the extended warranty and get the work completed. He also provided me with a loaner vehicle the day I dropped off my car and let me keep it until my vehicle was ready for pickup. That was a huge help, allowing me to get my two kids to daycare and myself to work without interruption. Giovanni was equally welcoming and professional during both drop-off and pickup (along with everyone at the service desks). He gave me confidence by assuring me that my car was in the hands of skilled technicians and would be running like new again. In addition to replacing the transmission, the team also diagnosed and replaced the purge valve to resolve my check engine light. A special thank you to the transmission technician for the incredible work and dedication. The transmission was installed the very same day it arrived, which speaks volumes about the team's commitment to providing prompt, high-quality service. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and workmanship from everyone involved.
