We showed up unannounced and late in the day. Jerry's approach was relaxed. Early in the conversation we informed Jerry of our low budget and that we would be paying cash. (Jerry didn't try to pass us off to another salesman!) He knew how to work the web site - thus, being able to show us the best options. Jerry was patient while we wandered the lot, looking for the best truck for our family. As for price setting, documentation, and payment process ~ we feel Jerry was quite knowledgeable and did a pretty good job preparing us for the payment & legal document process. It's our opinion that Jerry's knowledge of the auto retail business exceeds that of a salesman! More
