My husband & I purchased our first BRAND NEW vehicle in 2014. Prior to that we both had only had used vehicles. We’ve always had our service with that vehicle done Antioch Raymond Chevrolet too, because th 2014. Prior to that we both had only had used vehicles. We’ve always had our service with that vehicle done Antioch Raymond Chevrolet too, because the staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. Once our vehicle was paid off, we decided it was time to return to purchase our second vehicle. So of course we returned to Antioch Raymond Chevrolet. We stopped by on a day we were having our current vehicle serviced, and weren’t planning on purchasing, only looking. Chris Patterson saw us out on the lot and came out to ask if anyone was helping us. He walked the entire lot with us, answering all our questions thoroughly-and my husband had plenty. He even offered to walk us over to Kia if we didn’t find what we needed on that lot. Luckily, we found a slightly used car that met the criteria that we were looking for. We were able to test drive it and go over some specifics before going inside to look at financing. I would say as expected-this was the most difficult part. As my husband works in finance, he wanted to go over every single option before committing to anything, and Chris was wonderful and patient the entire process. He explained everything, answered any and all questions, and went back and forth as many times as we asked him to with the financial side until we were satisfied. After working with Chris, we worked with Caesar to sign paperwork and get our plates. He was extremely kind as well, answering questions and working hard to make sure we had a monthly payment we were happy with. When all the hard stuff was done, Chris took us out to the car which they had washed for us and showed me where things were, told me about the OnStar, went over buttons, everything. He let me know I could call at any time with any questions and was so helpful. From start to end he was super attentive, friendly, and personable. You can tell he enjoys his job and I’m glad that we were able to work with him. As always, I continue to be happy with the care I receive at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch and will always return. More

Chris Patterson met me in the parking lot when I pulled in. Walked over when I parked and guided us from there. His knowledge, kindness and great sense of humor made us feel like family. Clean and pleasant environment. Good offering of different vehicles new and used. I came here for a used vehicle with an appointment and I was able to test drive it fairly quickly and then discuss different vehicles new and used.
