We brought our 2023 GMC Denali in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on March 27 2025, after bringing the truck home we noticed a gash on the rim that was not there before, we immediately called Jason and tire rotation on March 27 2025, after bringing the truck home we noticed a gash on the rim that was not there before, we immediately called Jason from the service department, he asked for us to email a picture in which we did, no reply, called and left a message a few days later, again, no reply, we stopped over April 11th, we were told Jason was at lunch and he would get the message and will call us back, again as of April 14th no reply from Jason or anyone else The gash was not there before we brought the truck in, we did not hit a curb, there are no marks on the tire, it was carelessness on there part when they were rotating the tires, I understand making mistakes but just own up to it, and not to call or respond to a customer makes a company like Raymond Chevrolet look bad.
