We recently purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Chris Whittington and it was such a nice experience. When it came time to purchase our son a used car we went back to Red Hoagland Hyundai and once again C Whittington and it was such a nice experience. I had a very positive experience at Red Hoagland Hyundai in shopping for a new car. The sales reps, Tom and Gus were friendly, curtious and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and encouraged me to call at any time. I was treated with respect, and at no time did I feel pressure or sales tactics were being used on me. I got a great price for a Hyundai Genesis which they honored even though they had to go outside the dealership to find the exact car I wanted. I can not speak to the quality of work since I have not had any service done. However the dealer is rated number one in the southeast for dealer service so I expect the same great care I got during the initial buying experience. In addition I have friends who have used Red Hoagland for there Hyundai service and have been very pleased. More

The process of buying a vehicle was so smooth for me as Chris walked me through everything down to setting up my blue tooth in my SUV. Well to say the least 2 days later I met Chris Fanni again and bought a Genesis Coupe. He advised me on the colors, features and just about anything you could think of. With the knowledge that Chris has on the vehicles and Shawn their finance professional who, by the way gives you every option you will need with NO pressure just the information to make the correct choice for your needs. I am so happy with both of my vehicles without the help of Chris I am sure I would still be looking. The dealership itself is very friendly everyone greets you at one point or another and even says "your back again", this says alot. I think I received a fair price for what I wanted, I also received a great trade in price. On a another note Chris Fanni drove to my home and picked up my third row seat which I had no way of even picking up never mind putting in my vehicle. To me Chris Fanni and Red Hoagland will be the only dealership I ever go to or will recommend.
