The car was a total loss and they fixed it to resale to us. How is it possible to trust Red Mccombs if all they care about is selling a car and not the safety of there customers? Car is paid off and impossible to get anything back because of the accident it was in before it was bought. They knew about the accident, lied and unfortunately here they just care about $$$ SCAM CARFAX REPORT !! More

This review is intended for the oil changing department only. My wife and I have had 3 different vehicles from Red McCombs and have always purchased extra oil changes. We live a good distance from Reds, so only. My wife and I have had 3 different vehicles from Red McCombs and have always purchased extra oil changes. We live a good distance from Reds, so scheduling is tuff. We always have to just show up and wait. No big deal, it has never taken more than 2 hours. My last visit was 4 plus hours. I'll finish using up my extra purchased oil changes and cut ties with Red McCombs Toyota. Had 2 different people check on my vehicle, only to tell me that they haven't started on it yet. Finally found the service manager who I hate dealing with. She thinks that she is way more important than she really is. Not to mention a rude smart xxx. I reported to her what I had been witnessing while watching the tech through the window. Really pathetic. Manager drove my truck around and told me it was ready. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, kiss my xxx, nothing. I'm done. More

The ma AGREEMENT from RED MCCOMBS TOYOTA because it can be a complete ripoff! I bought a 2019 Camry new 12/31/18 and I now have 23,777 miles on it. The maintenance agreement I bought starts at 30,000 miles and will expire on 12/31/22. It provides me with 6 coupons to use on maintenance every 5,000 miles. Sounds very good when you’re purchasing a car but please take into consideration the yearly miles you put on your car. More
I'm very disappointed and angry of how I was treated by Red McCombs service tech today 8/9/2021. I Waited for 55 minutes just for a tech to tell me that they can't do my change oil because air compressor w Red McCombs service tech today 8/9/2021. I Waited for 55 minutes just for a tech to tell me that they can't do my change oil because air compressor wasn't working and there's no air. I was there very early at 6:50 am waited until 7:45 am for them to tell me that there's a problem and that they can't do my change oil. just like that. They didn't offer any solutions nor trying to ratify the situation. I waited for almost 2 weeks for this appointment, I didn't ever bother to go to another Dealership because this is where I bought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner Off Road. Last Week i called Shane Mitchell to see if I can Purchase another Toyota Vehicle which is either 2022 or 2023 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Off road but if i was treated unfairly today, i would never buy another vehicle at Red McCombs, i will bring my Business somewhere else. Note: Red McCombs Treat all your customer Fairly and always find a solution for all your customer. I deal with hundreds of Local Clients every month, i will make sure that i will them i Red McCombs Service department Treated me unfairly and Disappointing experience. More
