I was on a very tight schedule and arrived for my 12:30 appointment a few minutes early. When I arrived I asked if things were moving on schedule. I was told “yes”. But they weren’t. My 12:30 appointment was ignored and my car went in the lineup. It was 15 minutes later before they got to my car. I knew this would likely cause problems for me, which it did. I can only suggest that you honor an appointment time. My car should have gone to the front of the lineup when I arrived on time. This was my first experience with your dealership. It was disappointing. More

The service manager provided me with multiple tire options to chose from, answered all my questions, and was able to get my vehicle in for the service right away.
