The purchase of my "new to me" Subaru Outback was a pleasant experience. Kevin was really helpful in trying to answer my questions without being too pushy for me to purchase. I had some reservations when I learned that some friends had a not-so-great experience in the past year, but after learning that the whole operation is under new management and reviewing how thoroughly my new car had been cared for, I felt comfortable with my purchase. I was kept waiting for several hours for my oil change appointment. I was told that I needed a replacement for my oil pan. This extended the time out to 4 hours.
