I was on a very tight schedule and arrived for my 12:30 appointment a few minutes early. When I arrived I asked if things were moving on schedule. I was told “yes”. But they weren’t. My 12:30 appointment was ignored and my car went in the lineup. It was 15 minutes later before they got to my car. I knew this would likely cause problems for me, which it did. I can only suggest that you honor an appointment time. My car should have gone to the front of the lineup when I arrived on time. This was my first experience with your dealership.
