Thanks to everyone in the service department! I was able to schedule an oil change on short notice. Jake the tech noticed I had uneven tire wear because of poor alignment- they took care of that too! Very responsive and worked with my schedule. Leigh Ann was wonderful and very helpful. I had them do some extra work which changed the time needed. Not completely satisfied and why, see comment below The service writer said that the cabin filter would need replacement the next time for the oil change.
