Red's had the exact car we wanted, they had a ton of pictures online and the condition was well represented. I called Mike and he answered all my questions so I decided to check out the car. At the dealership we met Zack and about 10 min later we were driving the car. Super easy and low pressure. Zack was new on the sales floor but was super nice and well trained. We left to think about our options without a high pressure sales pitch on our way out. We came back about two hours later to buy the car. When we got back we got to thuroghly inspect the car and we were back out with our new car in about an hour. No weird dealer fees, no long winded survice package or extended warrenty sales pitches. We just paid what we agreed on and were on our way. Best car buying experience I have ever had, next time I need a car I will check with Red's first. More

It was not long or drawn out, instead he was super personable and disclosed as much information as possible. He didn't try to leave anything out and he provided a full copy of the car fax to look at. Even when going over extended warranties, he expressed the differences and made it clear that I didn't need the most expensive option. I had a very good experience here and have no complaints. More

I purchased a vehicle from another dealership fall of 2016, unfortunately three months after driving my BMW off the lot, the timing chain guide broke I purchased a vehicle from another dealership fall of 2016, unfortunately three months after driving my BMW off the lot, the timing chain guide broke and left me stranded. The previous dealership was very professional, courteous and took care of my vehicle. I mention my prior experience because it was difficult justifying not buying my next vehicle from such a reputable dealership. In preparation for summer 2017, I decided to purchase a new 4x4 with factory tow package. This purchase is important because I own a boat, dirt bikes and a camper. After two months looking, I could not find a vehicle or dealership I felt comfortable with. I went back to my prior dealership, but the quality of their selection had greatly diminished. Toward the end of my search, I met Stan and the Red's Auto team. Their customer service and their selection were above par. I am happy to say, this past April I purchased my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Laredo (woth only 71k miles and clean Car Fax) and have loved owning it. A few weeks back we tested her out and went camping above Gwenella Pass, the Jeep performed perfectly. Everyone I run into comments on how clean the vehicle is and how lucky I am that I found a dealership that was both honest and professional. It is with great pleasure that I recommend both Stan and the Red's Auto team for your next automobile purchase. I will definitely be back next fall to purchase a vehicle for my son, who will be a first time driver!
