Car buying made easy! I purchased a vehicle from another dealership fall of 2016, unfortunately three months after driving my BMW off the lot, the timing chain guide broke I purchased a vehicle from another dealership fall of 2016, unfortunately three months after driving my BMW off the lot, the timing chain guide broke and left me stranded. The previous dealership was very professional, courteous and took care of my vehicle. I mention my prior experience because it was difficult justifying not buying my next vehicle from such a reputable dealership. In preparation for summer 2017, I decided to purchase a new 4x4 with factory tow package. This purchase is important because I own a boat, dirt bikes and a camper. After two months looking, I could not find a vehicle or dealership I felt comfortable with. I went back to my prior dealership, but the quality of their selection had greatly diminished. Toward the end of my search, I met Stan and the Red's Auto team. Their customer service and their selection were above par. I am happy to say, this past April I purchased my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Laredo (woth only 71k miles and clean Car Fax) and have loved owning it. A few weeks back we tested her out and went camping above Gwenella Pass, the Jeep performed perfectly. Everyone I run into comments on how clean the vehicle is and how lucky I am that I found a dealership that was both honest and professional. It is with great pleasure that I recommend both Stan and the Red's Auto team for your next automobile purchase. When we are lucky enough for everything to have gone smoothly, it really doesn't matter which dealership we are at. When it doesn't go smoothly you want a great dealership working with you. I purchased a used vehicle at Red's and found our salesman, Curt, to be very friendly and helpful. The owner, Mike, took us through negotiations, sales, and an extended warranty quickly with all the necessary information. When a problem showed up, they quickly addressed and fixed it. Not once but twice, small problems that were not necessarily their fault were dealt with just as quickly as if they were. More

The vehicles are not your typical small dealer fare ($10k or less, buyer beware) but rather well maintained, quality, clean affordable vehicles for the working man and woman. I must say that I have purchased many vehicles and have experienced the entire spectrum of dealers and salesmen. I did not experience any of the slimy/shady tactics I've experienced at some other dealers. Mike was very honest and upfront with me and I was with him. When I asked for a little more on the deal, instead of brushing me off or scoffing, he simply looked to see if he could bring the price down a little more for me, and he did. I believe I got a very fair deal and I couldn't be happier with the truck I got. The process was well paced and efficiently even with Mike having to take care of another set of customers. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point during my visit, the vehicles really speak for themselves. Mike has built an excellent dealership and I would gladly do business with him again. More
