We spent weeks shopping and would often only have an hour together to pop in and look at cars. He would be prepared and ready for us to show us what we wanted to see and never wasted any of our valuable time. I often had to bring in my toddlers with me and he was kind and understanding about the added stress and chaos two kids can add to car buying. He as never pushy or made us feel any pressure. He never called or e-mailed us to harass us during our day, he knew if and when we made a decisions we could come to him because of all the time he took in giving us all the information we needed about each car we looked at. We were very very satisfied with our overall experience and are ecstatic with our new car. My only criticism is that despite my constant references to my busy work schedule and often arriving from work still in my scrubs, Steve consistently kept making references to me being a housewife. When I finally confronted him about it, he admitted that he must have assumed since I had small children and was buying a minivan. We had a good laugh about it, but it did bother me a bit. More
