I was treated as a VIP when I needed something as simple as a rear window wiper blade. Mr Ted Rabens in the Parts Dept of Reed-Lallier Chevrolet went the extra mile to see to it that my part was received o as a rear window wiper blade. The service rep who wrote me up was fast and too the point. The service performed the changing of the belts and locating a short in my wiring was done very fast. We decided to trade vehicles this past week again and this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. I know that if Bob Lanford is involved with the deal it this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. I know that if Bob Lanford is involved with the deal it is going to be right and no problems with arise! This time proved to be no different! Also this was the first time with dealing with Eric Watts as the salesman, he was surprisingly good. No offense, just so used to always solely dealing with Bob Lanford on everything. Eric done a great job and has already called just checking in with us and how things were going with the vehicle. Will continue to buy vehicles here, and send more customers! More
