I went in to buy a car they had posted on there website. When I got there come to find out they had sold it three weeks before. They said they had another car that was newer and less miles, but was a couple When I got there come to find out they had sold it three weeks before. They said they had another car that was newer and less miles, but was a couple thousand more. It was acully 5 thousand more then the one I wanted. I went a head and got it. My wife then went in to get one they told her it would be around 12 thousand and it finnaly cost was 15 thousand. Then they call us and say that there is a thousand doolars missing. There was two employee there that counted the money and gave us a paid in full recipt. More

I recently had called to inquire about some MAJOR service work needed on my 2004 Saturn Ion Redline, and had the opportunity to speak to Mr. Ratley. We drove all the way from Georgetown, SC because of Terry Moore's customer service via online video. Once arrived the staff made us feel so welcome and they were very friendly. Once we got there the car they had reserved for us wasnt the right "one" so we asked to see others.. we found the perfect car and got the PERFECT deal. The drive was so worth the time. I made this purchase of a 2011 Avalanche after a (Not at Fault) traffic accident/head on collision that resulted in my 2009 Avalanche being totaled. The sales person (Josh) was fantastic. I could not even drive because of injuries sustained in the accident, and had someone drive me to the dealership, My Avalanche (2009) saved my life. Point of impact was over 120 MPH, but because of the air bags and the way the Avalanche is built, I should have never walked away. So I will always own a chev and will always purchase them from REED-LALLIER. I just had it serviced for the first time and the service rep was outstanding and the dealership far exceeded my expections and has so over the last 10 years. when I purchased my first vehicle from them.
