I am always pleased with the service department because they treat me like family. When I drove up to drop my truck off for service (warranty work) Murphy remembered my name. That was impressive. She checked over my paperwork and checked to see also if there were any safety recalls that might need fixing or replacing while I was there. When I picked up my truck, she told me what was wrong and they fixed it. She was also nice enough to let me know what my next service needed to be done was. What impressed me the most was she actually asked me if I was still happy with my truck that I purchased from Reed-Lallier? I told her it was my second truck and yes, I am most happy with it. Poor service quality. I have had to have most of the warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership. Would never purchase a vehicle from there as they are not willing to truly work out a de warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership. My car now has more problems than before and the original problem has yet to be completely fixed. This dealer wants to charge me $60 every time they look at my car for the problem they were supposed to fix i problem has yet to be completely fixed. This dealer wants to charge me $60 every time they look at my car for the problem they were supposed to fix in the first place and it seems like every time I bring the car in for them to look at the problems get worse or my car starts doing things that it didn't do before I brought it back in! All I keep getting is the "run around" and someone different to talk to that tries to explain my cars problem to me like i'm completely ignorant when it comes to what's wrong with my car and what it needs to be fixed...I of course have done my research and know fully well what it would take to fix my car and just would like this dealer to fix my car as i've already paid them around $800 for a repair that I was told would be just under $400. I have since taken my car to a different mechanic for a FREE second opinion and was told Reed Lallier basically doesn't want to stand behind their "work" or "commitment to customer satisfaction"...and NO Reed Lallier I do not want to buy a new car from you nor will you ever touch my car again. There's nothing wrong with driving a used car. Do you not stand behind the very product you are trying to "sell me on" again? NO THANKS! More
On November 9th, my truck would not start. I was at a local car wash when Mr. Quinn pulled in and I asked him if he would assist me. He was incredibly helpful in jumping the battery but then also offere local car wash when Mr. Quinn pulled in and I asked him if he would assist me. He was incredibly helpful in jumping the battery but then also offered to have my truck (which was not a Chevrolet) looked over by his service department. Once I pulled in, Ms. Graham was already waiting for me with a smile. She then immediately had my truck looked over by their very fast and efficient service staff. Ms. Craig explained what my options were to repair my truck in a very kind and tremendously respectful manner. I cannot say enough good things about the people that helped me that day. They made what could have been a very bad day... a very blessed one. Thank you. More
Anytime I have been to the Service Department they have gone above and beyond in trying to resolve any issue whether large or small, on 1 occasion the car had been detailed. I was there for a safety inspection. They took the car, I sat for 2 hours. Then someone came me the car failed. It needed a serpentine belt so they said, but I was not shown any proof. When Mr. Wallace returned with my car, he wouldn't even look at me. When I got in my car there was a panel underneath the glove box dangling by some wires. I told the cashier. The car was taken somewhere again and when it came back, it was still the same. He still did not have the nerve to tell me to my face. The cashier told me he said he didn't do that, it was already like that! WRONG ANSWER!!!! HE STRAIGHT LIED! It was not like that. I left mad as xxxx and I'm still mad. They had the nerve to charge me $12.75. More
I was in town visiting a family member stationed at Ft. Bragg and my vehicle started making a noise. Being unfamiliar with the area - I took it to the Sears for inspection. They performed some work on it but then I had an additional problem that arose. Sears was unable to handle the repair and referred me to Reed-Lallier. Heather took the time to listen to my problem and worked quickly to diagnosis it. She then explained the problem and they worked quickly to rectify it. I had a 7 hour drive home and wanted to take no chances with the repair. If I were a resident of the area I would definately use them again. My vehicle is fine and am sorry I did not know about them prior to my Sears visit! Thank you!!!!!! More
We purchased 2 vehicles from Reed Lallier a year ago. Last night we had a problem with the ignition and the car would not turn off. I called Reed Lallier to see if anybody could help us out. Mr Barco told me to bring the car in and he will take care of us. My wife and I drove to the dealership around 8:30 in the evening and Mr Barco did not waste anytime taking care of us. I feel that Mr Barco went above and beyond his duties as a Sales Manager in ensuring that we were squared away. The service and professionalism that Mr Barco showed last night should not go without praise. From the initial sales, to follow-ups, to service, Reed Lallier truly cares about their customers. I say thank you to all and a salute to Mr Barco for everything that I know he didnt have to do, but chose to do it anyway. David D More
