This transaction would have been smoother, if it wasn't for the fraudulent actions of an employee. We tried reasoning with him on a follow up visit but gone nowhere. After we elevated the complaint to the executive manager, it cascaded down to the man in charge of financing who then gave us our money back. It was burdensome process as we have to keep coming back and forth to the dealership. Kudos to Mostafa but stay away from Colin!
