Every price you see online for new and used vehicles is only honored if you finance through them! If you have your own financing set up, they will not honor the price and all of a sudden it jumps $3,000 higher. During the process all the "Sales Manager" wanted to talk about is the monthly payment. He would not talk about the Interest Rate or the Price of the Vehicle. I am carry a 784 Credit Score and anyone in my position would not agree to anything unless all terms of the transaction are disclosed. As most educated consumers are aware, this is just a tactic. A neighbor of mine purchased a vehicle from here and has regretted it ever since. They found hidden charges in their finance contract including a warranty that they did not agree to purchase. All of their advertising is a dishonest lure for uninformed customers. Do not purchase from this place. More

Rude Employee I spoke with Nei Rodrigues in sales over the phone and he was quite rude, it was at that point that I knew I would not being giving Reed Nissan my bus I spoke with Nei Rodrigues in sales over the phone and he was quite rude, it was at that point that I knew I would not being giving Reed Nissan my business. I asked him a simple yes or no question since they sent me an email about a "SELL OFF" event basically stating that they were selling cars at very low prices to clear inventory. Even though they offered a nice discount on the cars online, I mentioned the "sell off" email and asked him since they were so desperate to clear inventory would they be willing to discount the cars even further. He then stated that if the discounted price was not low enough for me, then maybe I should be looking at another car. Awesome response right?! I am now dealing with another Nissan dealership with much better customer service! More
