DON'T Trust them! ! After paying $1,600 for initial repairs, I left the dealership believing my car was thoroughly inspected and safe. Right after leaving, the vehicle ! After paying $1,600 for initial repairs, I left the dealership believing my car was thoroughly inspected and safe. Right after leaving, the vehicle broke down just a few miles away, stranding me on the side of the road in an unsafe neighborhood. It was frightening and stressful—I felt vulnerable and abandoned. The dealership released the car to me without thorough testing, and they didn’t provide any immediate help like a loaner vehicle. I had to pay for rental cars on my own, adding to the financial strain. Throughout this ordeal, I received no proactive assistance, was denied a loaner vehicle, and had to pay for rentals out of pocket. Now, I’ve received a new estimate for an additional $2,800. The technician’s notes mention a P0301 and CYL1 misfire, pooling injectors, foreign contaminants in the chamber, and recommendations to clean the throttle chamber and replace the PCV and injectors. If these fuel system issues were present all along, why weren’t they addressed in the first place? I expected a thorough inspection and test drive to ensure the vehicle was safe, not a repeat breakdown and escalating costs. This raised serious concerns about the quality and integrity of their work. I towed my car to a different Nissan dealership, and they did not find any of those errors which makes me wonder if I even needed to pay the $1,600 or was that just a made-up or inflated charge. More
Very Disappointed with Service Department I recently (Saturday 11/01/25) visited this Reed Nissan dealership for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Later that same evening, I noticed (Saturday 11/01/25) visited this Reed Nissan dealership for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Later that same evening, I noticed that three of my original capped lug nuts had been replaced with rusty regular open ones (photos attached). I went back to the service department the next day (it was closed), and then again on Monday (11/03/25) to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, the Service Manager, Nick R., didn’t make any real effort to help. Instead, he told me that their mechanics “only reinstall the lug nuts that were already on the vehicle” — basically implying that those mismatched ones were mine to begin with. In other words, they completely washed their hands of it and tried to put the blame on me. I disagreed and asked the Service Manager to check the before-and-after photos taken at the body shop to verify my claim. He refused and said he was “offended” by my accusation, then stopped communicating with us altogether. I even decided to buy new OEM capped lug nuts right there, but instead of trying to assist or make things right, he simply sent me over to the parts counter and walked away. No apology, no concern for customer satisfaction — nothing. In the end, I went to another shop where they replaced all three lug nuts for just $15, exactly matching my original ones. It’s disappointing that an official Nissan dealer couldn’t resolve such a small issue - something that could have been fixed with just three lug nuts - and instead lost a new customer. Ironically, just a day before this visit, I was looking at a new Nissan Kicks on their lot for my wife. After this experience, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. More
Bought three new cars here including my current one - sadly, thanks to how the service department is run at the Colonial dealership, I won’t be back - There is no sense of customer loyalty. I have reque sadly, thanks to how the service department is run at the Colonial dealership, I won’t be back - There is no sense of customer loyalty. I have requested calls from the sales manager and from the service manager’s supervisor and have not received a call or resolution to my concerns. Just know this is how they treat you even after you have given them repeated business - very disappointing. More

Horribly mismanaged dealership run by three rich guys that flaunt their wealth over the employees that they pay peanuts. Apparently in recent times they'll even manufacture fake Google reviews to try and that flaunt their wealth over the employees that they pay peanuts. Apparently in recent times they'll even manufacture fake Google reviews to try and inflate their own egos as well, because I can guarantee you based on the service I constantly receive from this place there is no other reason why there are so many five stars that have popped up all of the sudden. UPDATE: Nobody worked with me to resolve any issue despite Nissan claiming they did. I'm glad though, since that really shows their true colors. Not everything can be swept under the rug! More
Worst service desk experience I've ever had. Staff was too lazy to even take my money, much less work on my car. See my longer review on Google. Staff was too lazy to even take my money, much less work on my car. See my longer review on Google. More
Warning! !!!!! We left our vehicle there to be serviced and they were negligent and did not lock the doors. When we picked up the car the next day, everything !!!!! We left our vehicle there to be serviced and they were negligent and did not lock the doors. When we picked up the car the next day, everything in the car was stolen. The service manager said it was not their fault. The dealership has done nothing and has never reached out to me. The investigation showed someone going into my vehicle with the video surveillance showing their negligence. I find this to be appalling and I am warning you not trust these people. I have made many phone calls and sent numerous emails With no response whatsoever!!!!! I have purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and this is how they treat people. More
I went to the dealer to have a quart of transmission fluid to my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. In talking to the service writer I explained that I had purchased 5 quarts of transmission fluid along with a f fluid to my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. In talking to the service writer I explained that I had purchased 5 quarts of transmission fluid along with a filter and o ring from there two weeks before to have my mechanic service it. He had not notice the 5th quart. The service writer stated that there wasn't a filter on the transmission and two other service writer agreed with her. We then had to go the the parts guy who remembered me and show them that indeed it did take a filter. They then stated a shop price of 247 to add a quart since it would take an hour to cool down.. I won't go back to someone that doesn't know their product More
took my 2008 Nissan Titan for a simple transmission service at Reed Nissan in Orlando, FL. The service advisor informed me that the truck was low on transmission fluid and I agreed to have the service service at Reed Nissan in Orlando, FL. The service advisor informed me that the truck was low on transmission fluid and I agreed to have the service performed and the fluid filled up. However, one week later, while driving in Texas, the transmission failed. I parked the truck at a motel across the street from a Nissan dealership in Beaumont, TX, where the service technicians determined that a high pressure hose had not been properly replaced and had a crack, causing transmission fluid to leak rapidly. I contacted Nick R. at Reed Nissan in Orlando, but he stated that they were not responsible and would not help me. I am now stranded in Texas with a damaged transmission caused by Reed Nissan, with no help or assistance from the dealership. More
