I went to the dealer to have a quart of transmission fluid to my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. In talking to the service writer I explained that I had purchased 5 quarts of transmission fluid along with a f fluid to my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. In talking to the service writer I explained that I had purchased 5 quarts of transmission fluid along with a filter and o ring from there two weeks before to have my mechanic service it. He had not notice the 5th quart. The service writer stated that there wasn't a filter on the transmission and two other service writer agreed with her. We then had to go the the parts guy who remembered me and show them that indeed it did take a filter. They then stated a shop price of 247 to add a quart since it would take an hour to cool down.. I won't go back to someone that doesn't know their product More
took my 2008 Nissan Titan for a simple transmission service at Reed Nissan in Orlando, FL. The service advisor informed me that the truck was low on transmission fluid and I agreed to have the service service at Reed Nissan in Orlando, FL. The service advisor informed me that the truck was low on transmission fluid and I agreed to have the service performed and the fluid filled up. However, one week later, while driving in Texas, the transmission failed. I parked the truck at a motel across the street from a Nissan dealership in Beaumont, TX, where the service technicians determined that a high pressure hose had not been properly replaced and had a crack, causing transmission fluid to leak rapidly. I contacted Nick R. at Reed Nissan in Orlando, but he stated that they were not responsible and would not help me. I am now stranded in Texas with a damaged transmission caused by Reed Nissan, with no help or assistance from the dealership. More
Brought my 2020 Nissan Altima in for my second oil change at 7400 miles. Drove my car home to find oil was leaking out of the oil pan drain plug washer. I took my car to a closer Nissan Dealer who confirmed at 7400 miles. Drove my car home to find oil was leaking out of the oil pan drain plug washer. I took my car to a closer Nissan Dealer who confirmed that Reed Nissan had damaged the washer during the oil change. I had to pay for another oil change plus the washer for something that Reed Nissan created. My calls to Reed Service Dept go unanswered. This dealership has really gone downhill since I bought the new car in July 2022. Their salesman told me they had only 5 new cars in their lot and no business. I can see why they have no business with the manner in which they treat their customers. Shame on Reed Nissan. Buyer beware! More

Had it towed in and the dealership said the fuel pump had to be replaced BUT, the part was on backorder and delivery would be 6 months or more. This, for a nearly brand new car, mind you. What about a rental vehicle so I have something to drive? Oh, sorry, there are no Nissan vehicles to be found in Orlando to rent. The service rep, whom I won't name, was indifferent and unapologetic. Wrote to the Reed Nissan General Manager. No response. After a week of this I got in touch with the service manager who, surprise, found a replace part at another Nissan dealership and a rental Nissan at a Hertz office across Colonial Drive at Sun State Ford. I will never again do business with Reed Nissan. My recommendation: do not under any circumstance do business with this company. More

The car that i'm currently driving is the 2nd car that i bought from Reed Nissan, Bad customer service is all that i can remember from Reed Nissan. I regretted the decision, I will never, ever again buy a bought from Reed Nissan, Bad customer service is all that i can remember from Reed Nissan. I regretted the decision, I will never, ever again buy another Nissan. On January 12, I went there to do oil change, the lady on the cashier got pissed simply because I told her there has been a problem on the system, for the past few months they couldn't find my name in there and I have not collected any points. Very impolite, nasty attitude she made a scene, everybody on the line behind me was shocked. I asked to talk a manager, I explained to him my question to the lady, he find out Yes there's a problem for more than 7 months they have not added any points for me. At the end, I realized this is not the first time I experience such a bestial behavior at Reed Nissan, And I refuse to spend my money to a business that's not values its customer. I traded my car the same day, I bought a Toyota. Reed Nissan is not a company that i will never do business with again. More

BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND FORCE YOU TO KEEP IT! My fiance bought this truck july 2020 and it's on its 3rd transmission! We have to use the settlement nissan gave us for this lemon in order KEEP IT! My fiance bought this truck july 2020 and it's on its 3rd transmission! We have to use the settlement nissan gave us for this lemon in order to fix what the warranty doesn't cover. Andre the service manager ignored me for weeks when I asked for another diagnostic on it. We were told it would be ready but just now being told it has no power steering?! And of course it needs to come out of our pocket! No communication at all! They take advantage of you and refuse to check what is under warranty. I can no longer drive and needed this vehicle back so my fiance could get to work and now it will probably sit for another few months until parts come in. Do they care? xxxx no. This place is absolute trash. Guess we have to call consumer affairs again. What's worse is that we signed these documents for the settlement and just now tell us the truck is not driveable? They are the worst dealership/service I have ever dealt with. So now we can't get to work. Baby is due next week and we only have one vehicle. Utter trash, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More

Never felt more taken advantage of in my life! Truly awful service experience! I have never felt more taken advantage of in my life. I will never, ever purchase a Nissan vehicle again; they have lo Truly awful service experience! I have never felt more taken advantage of in my life. I will never, ever purchase a Nissan vehicle again; they have lost a customer for life, and I will be spreading this message to any car buyer in the market. Our 2016 Altima (30k miles) experienced failure of an engine part that rendered the vehicle immobile. The vehicle was towed to Reed Nissan for diagnosis, as it was clearly something would be covered under the power or drive train warranty. Or so we thought. To our surprise, the service department at Reed deemed the part, which sits under the hood and caused the vehicle to not generate power or drive, as not covered under the power or drive train warranty. Andre, the service manager, and Brian, the service adviser, exclaimed that this part, the engine’s PCV valve, and the resulting issues of it’s failure, were regular maintenance items. To be very clear, these are not regular maintenance items. These items are not listed in the maintenance documentation and schedule that the vehicle came with. These are not parts that are supposed to fail at 30k miles. This is not work anyone has done on a car at 30k miles. This is another story of a service department attempting to take advantage of someone. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs to escalate the situation. The Consumer Affairs representative, Monica, confirmed that Nissan would take responsibility for the failed part under the power train warranty - essentially verifying that the service department was attempting to swindle us. This would be a brief moment of reasonableness during this ordeal. Nissan accepted responsibility for the failed part, but would not take responsibility for the issues that were the result of this part failing; carbon build up in the throttle body and reprogramming of the engine control module. Nissan indicated that these are regular maintenance items. If you were to poll every person you know who owns a vehicle, and ask if they have their engine cleaned for carbon and their engine control module reprogrammed every 30k miles, you would get a total of zero people that have needed to do this. These are not regular maintenance items. Using this logic, if I were to purchase a brand new Nissan, drive it off the lot 11 feet, and have the engine explode, Nissan would replace the engine under warranty, but all of oil, filters, and fluids (being regular maintenance items) would be an out-of-pocket cost for me. Completely mind blowing. It doesn’t make any sense. Our car was basically held hostage, and our only option was to pay the dealer $300 to get our car back in working order. I have never felt more taken advantage of in my life. There is something to be said for good customer service; it keeps people coming back to the brand, and in this case the dealer. Not only was any sense of even decent customer service lacking during this ordeal, there was no remotely intelligent decision that was during this process. Completely taken advantage of. More
