Overall, I was impressed with the experience from Reed Nissan. Jay greeted me after I parked and I was looking at the model car I wanted within 2 minutes and test driving it within 10 minutes. Jay was great to work with and the financing process wasn't bad either as long as you understand basic financing. They did three separate scenarios with financing to help visualize the numbers so I could choose the right option. The customer outreach incentive is extremely misleading/not well explained on the website but that's more of a corporate issue and not the dealerships' fault. All in all, a much better experience than I had thought and would do it again when the time comes. More
Terrible experience I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty it took me two days for them to finally fix it, and they still charged me 400 cause some xxxxxxxx problem with my tires that was in June a week later I returned and said there is something wrong with the suspension it keeps shifting, they told me no it's because u have big tires they ignored me. So I went to another Nissan dealership they said yes they hear it but u have to take it to the dealer u bought the truck from, I go back to reed and say hey there is something wrong I hear it they drive it lift it tell me nothing is wrong send me away again. I take the vehicle to Another dealership and in 5min they found the problem a stripped bolt in suspension they replaced it took them 10min to fix. Reed Nissan had me wait an hour and nothing ur service department SUCKS lazy mechanics , any person going to reed Nissan buyer be ware. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER There unethical antics is to much to bare. This is the worst dealership iv ever been to with all the lies and run around. We was told we had the loan congratulated by sales manager and sales rep we added the vehicle to our insurance like they said first waited 7 hours with no answers then given the run around for 2 days and still no vehicle. They pass the blame to the next person. So unprofessional I had to write the better business Bureau. All we asked was to be upfront. If they would have said we couldn't help you within the 7 hours on day one we would of understood but instead they said we got the loan ran my credit 8 times told me to get insurance and even took us to get the money for the down payment oh let's not forget advertised price was 16,988 and I seen when they submitted my credit app they raised it 2000 to 18,988. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER .EVERYONE INVOLVED SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Best part is we walked in with an already approved loan from someone else and they said they could get us a better interest rate so we tried. Worst mistake. These ppl are liars. When John bedar came to speak with us after 7 hours all he could say was I don't know what to tell you that's all he kept saying that he doesn't know what to tell us. As a manager isn't it your job to know. He was so rude like we was nothing and wasting our time. As he was speaking to us he even told us in the middle of talking to hold on and went and delta with someone else . This is ridiculous More

We had a terrible experience and felt scammed We've purchased many many cars/trucks at dealerships across the country. Never have we felt we were about to be scammed by Reed nissan. Unfortunately, we also had to deal with the finance department because they wouldn't let us purchase the car without going through their finance department. Deal was written and all seemed to be in place, then sales manager told us he couldn't honor the deal. What???? We agreed to go through them even though we got a better rate at our bank, and all was said and done. Then came the scam. Never again will I trust this dealership. We purchase at least 4 cars every two years as there are so many people in our family. I will never recommend them to family and friends! More
2016 Murano Platinum First of all my salesman was Nizar. Nizar is an amazing salesman and gave excellent customer service. I would definitely buy another car from him. My problem is not with the sale of the car my problem is one week after I took delivery of the car. I purchased the car on August 13th (with 6 miles on the odometer) and on August 20th the car wouldn't start. I was at a grocery store with a car full of groceries. Remembering that Nizar told me that if I ever have a problem to call Nissan Security Plus Roadside Assistance. I called them and explained the problem and the woman sent out a roadside assistance vehicle to jump start my car. The roadside assistance man arrived and tested the battery and said it seems like a refurbished battery and the battery would not hold a charge. He said if I shut the car off I may need another jump start. He offered me an option for a new battery with a 5 year warranty for $155.00. He didn't pressure me into this battery he just told me it was an option if I wanted. Knowing my battery wouldn't hold a charge I said yes and he replaced the battery. Expecting to be reimbursed for the battery on a car with only 253 mines on it I contacted Reed Nissan. I spoke with two people from Reed Nissan and both said that if I had the car towed to a Nissan Dealer that they would have replaced the battery for free but since I didn't do that they will not cover the cost. Having my car towed to a dealer for any issues was never told to me. Nissan's Roadside assistance did not tell me that either. If it is protocol for warranty problems to have the car towed into a dealership then Nissan and Nissan Roadside assistance should communicate that to each other. If a brand new car was sold to me with a refurbished battery then why would I believe towing the car into a dealership for battery replacement would get me a new battery and not another refurbished one. My problem is not necessarily with Reed Nissan but with Nissan in general. Other than the battery problem, I do love my Murano. More
