I don't think contacting you will change anything, and yes I do think that the service I received reflects your business. The both times I went to your business, I received the same kind of negative service. I don't fault you or your business though, cause it's a typical dealership a do anything to get someone to come down to your establishment. All I wanted was honesty and straight talk, that is not what I had each time I came down there.
