Radio Silence Since Sale I purchased a certified Nissan in September from Reed. There were several issues with the vehicle, which should have been fixed as part of their certi I purchased a certified Nissan in September from Reed. There were several issues with the vehicle, which should have been fixed as part of their certification program. After several calls, emails, and visits to the dealership - they agreed to fix (most) of the issues. They did not give me the certification paperwork or warranty information. I have called and emailed my salesperson, the sales manager, the general manager, and even the owner over the last several months. During that entire time frame, I have received one response and it was essentially that they would 'get back to me'. That was December of last year. The worst part was that the vehicle had a smoke odor, which Reed promised they would get rid of at the time of purchase, no matter how many times I had to bring it back to them. Instead, radio silence since I left the dealership. Pathetic customer service and outright lies at the time of sale. I bought another certified Nissan from Bill Ray a few months ago and couldn't believe the difference. The car had zero issues and I received all of the certification paperwork and warranty information at the time of purchase. More
