I went in for a new tire as I had a nail in it that could not be repaired. I was grateful they had the tire in stock and that they could take me without an appointment. However, when I left and went to continue errands I had for the day I opened my trunk to put items in and found the spare tire just thrown in there. I was shocked. I called Chrissy and she had me come in and they put the spare away. Chrissy made it right by adding gas to my car and having it washed. But my day was ruined. I did not get to complete my errands, I was out all day when I only planned a couple of hours. It was a waste of time. If it wasn't for Chrissy I would be leaving a very poor review on line. You all are lucky to have her as she gets customer service. I would think that you would have a quality check process that would make sure the simple things get done. This is the second time now that I've had issues. The last time I brought my car in earlier this summer for a new tire (same issue), I was also returning because there was noise after a service that had just occurred. During that appointment (Chrissy was not my advisor) I was told that the person who did service on my car had not tightened something down correctly and it was loose and that is what was making the noise. I was also advised that technician was no longer with you. My husband and I have been loyal customers for going on 10 years, when I leased my current car, you were the first and really only Acura dealer we wanted to go to. Regal Acura is awesome, I never have or had any problems there, when I show up I know it's going to be great customer service with a smile AND I know I'll have a wait but that's expected!
