I wanted to have a class III trailer hitch and the wiring placed. Ray Taylor made the process of installation and the cost very clear to me. All I wanted was to know if my car qualified for a recall. I dropped it off Friday and didn’t get it back until Wednesday, along with a bill of $129 to tell me it doesn’t fall under the recall and the recall. I dropped it off Friday and didn’t get it back until Wednesday, along with a bill of $129 to tell me it doesn’t fall under the recall and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I was told I could drop my car off after hours, BUT THE PARKING LOT WAS GATED SHUT. My husband went around and finally found a gate that could be pushed open. Why tell me I can drop it off after hours but not let me know about this?? There was no communication for 3 days about my car, just the auto text about who my technician was. I’ve never been more disgusted with a business in my life. I will drive to another county before I ever come to this place again. More
