Once again, they don't seem to know what's going on. No...you did not address it with your "staff back in December." This happened on December 31st!!!! This wasn't brought to your attention until this month....January, and that was after I tried to "talk with the owner" on the website. I filled out the form and specifically asked if he was the same owner that owned both Regal Chevrolet on US 98 and Regal Honda on Lakeland Hills. I specifically said that I wanted to verify that before I went into detail about our experience. It was after that, that we received a phone call from a young lady. So, in essence, "talk to the owner" does not get you to the owner. One other thing I didn't mention in my review: When I left, I stopped in the front office to see if there was someone in management I could speak with. There were three (3) men sitting behind the front counter. Two (2) were eating. There were chips and dips on the top of the counter (which by the way stunk). The other man was on the phone. All three (3) made eye contact with us when we approached, yet said nothing...nothing at all. No "hello", no "may we help you"...nothing. Then, without saying a word to us, the man on the phone called over the speaker for someone to come help with "sales". At that point "Matthew" came up. I proceeded to tell him what had taken place but he could care less. He just stood there, arms folded, chewing gum and looking in the other direction. When I asked for the General Manager's name and phone number, we were told "I can't give you his phone number. " So, again, how could you have addressed this with the staff "back in December" when you didn't know what took place until January? Ridiculous.
