Worst experience since I purchased my 2020 Acadia. I sat in the drive for nearly 30 minutes, one person came by about after waiting just to ask if I had an appointment, I Did and he told me the service advisor would be right with me. The service advisor came out about 15 minutes after the first person. My appointment was to replace my windshield wipers front and back and change my oil. I waited 4 1/2 hours until the service agent returned as I waited in the waiting area. He returned to to tell me that they recommended a transmission fluid change and a tire balance. I found that odd as the tires were new and balanced and aligned. The car was also just Certified. How can that need a Transmission flush? I opted for the fluid flush and ask the service agent how long it would take since I had already been there for 3 1/2 hours. He told me 30 minutes. I waited over an hour before he told me they were pulling the car back in for the service. I do not blame the service agent as for an hour or long he and the service mgr. were the only two working the drive. Also when I got in the car, the oil read 8% and the change oil soon message was on the screen. This all would have been ok had had I not pick up my wife who was waiting for me at the Watson clinic cancer center.

I just tried to call service department. Phone rang 10+ times. I think my truck is leaking transmission fluid as a result of the recent transmission service. Would like to schedule to bring it in to have it checked out.
