I always take my car to Regal for service. It never fails that I take it in for one thing and have to take it back because something wasn’t fixed properly. In this case I had a water leak on the pass fails that I take it in for one thing and have to take it back because something wasn’t fixed properly. In this case I had a water leak on the passenger side of the car and they determined the drain hose for the sunroof had disconnected. I left it with the dealership for ONE WEEK to ensure it was fixed properly. They fixed it but when I tried to open the sun roof slide part something was blocking it from opening. It turned out the little accordion things on the side were not snapped back in place by a clip properly. I had to take the car up and drop it off a second time to get this corrected. This is not the first time I have had to return for a repair to be corrected by a minor detail that was overlooked and I’m really irritated that these type things happen repeatedly. I was also not happy to see how dirty the sun room window was when it did open and the grime left on the inside liner of the car directly near the sunroof interior. I just paid $150. To have my car detailed prior to the leak and now I need to go in and clean the mess that was left. We have been dealing with your service department for 10 years and I have to say I am not happy with the service here compared to the service we received in Deland, FL from the Kaiser dealer there. I NEVER had to return after having a vehicle serviced there. My only hope at this point is that the leak is fixed since on the last leak that was on the drivers side I had to take it back 4 times to get it corrected. Of course I won’t know until I experience a downpour which has not occurred since I got it out of the shop. More

Micheal Hughes , Pedro Jenner , Micheal Bozwell over in certified used cars in N Lakeland are those people . bought a yukon for my wife and two days later I went back a bought a silverado for myself in large part for they way they treated us on the first vehicle . both vehicles where the best buying experience i have ever had. felt like i knew these guys all my life and was treated so. so if you hate the idea of having to deal with car salesmen don't . these guys might sell cars for a living but there mission is to give you a great experience . If its within there power they will meet your needs as they did for us and many other im sure. so don't take what you can get . go see these guys and get what you deserve ! More

The experience I had with the group at Regal was amazing. Pedro Jenner in financing was very friendly and made the process very smooth. And all this was completed while I had my 3 month old grand baby with me. I would recommend them to all who are looking.
