After explaining to the dealership and mechanics that the transmission still wasn't working properly and that the engine temperature gage wasn't working. We were told it was normal. We immediately took it t transmission still wasn't working properly and that the engine temperature gage wasn't working. We were told it was normal. We immediately took it to another gmc dealership where they found metal in the transmission fluid? , and recognized the noise and said it was definitely not normal. They also found that the temperature guage in the engine wasn't working either, which was causing other issues with the car. We were very disappointed that Regal wouldn't take the time to listen to us, and thoroughly check the vehicle. More
