I was in for an oil change and recall on 7/24/21. After two hours I come out to my vehicle and there is a noticeable scratch/ding on my driver side door. I tried calling after not hearing from a manager and finally got a a call back from Tony Cooper on 7/28 He advised he would look into this and call me back. I have yet to hear back from management to see how this is going to be resolved. This may not be a big deal to your company but it is for me because this is a brand new vehicle. More
