My sales person David was great, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle!! The manager Matt not so much. I understand that “anyone” could buy the car but definitely isn’t words you should u wouldn’t have bought the vehicle!! The manager Matt not so much. 18 days and still no refund on our $10,000 deposit for the Hybrid. 17 days since the check cleared our bank. And 4 days since Kaylee said she was sending the check "overnight ". Couple this with an almost $6000 upcharge on the window sticker (MSRP) and the cherry on top? To be allowed to purchase the car, I had to give 4 references. Really?
