My Sales Specialist was Chayton Wodecki. I could not have asked for a better experience when buying a car. Best experience I have ever had when dealing with a car salesperson. My wife and I had a great experience with Regal Honda. We came in to see if they could beat our estimate from our home dealer. The financial briefing opened our eyes to a variety options that fit perfectly into our budget, as well as our needs since we do a lot of traveling. Mr. Bell claimed he was unaware of our initial and persistent requirement of 2 warranties from the start. We are certain these requirements were mentioned and the Sakes person knew them from the onset persistent requirement of 2 warranties from the start. There was no miscommunication. His sales quotes ignore our request and we were lead to believe that they were included once we went to sign the deal. What a shock when we were told different. After wasting almost 5 hours. Mr. Bell told us he’d give a full tank of gas for our time. The other Financial guy saved the sales as he was a gentleman and very sincere. No thanks to Mr. Bell who dismissed us at the 7th hour in a huff. Very poor customer rapport. The other manager was called in but he was threatening to void the sale too. Once he thought we’d give a poor review, he really pulled out all the stops. He added more fuel. To the fire. If it wasn’t for Mr. Pedro Jener, we would have left at that time. Mr. Jener had The Sales Manager leave because he saw how poorly that individual was approaching his customer. More

Ray went above and beyond to get my issue fixed, even though it was something he had never seen before, and arranged to have it covered by my aftermarket extended warranty.
