Rob was so polite and courteous and kept me updated on the progress of my car. After my car was checked, he came into the waiting area and explained the nature of the problem and that I needed a new batte the progress of my car. The waiting room is always kept clean and neat and it is no nice that you keep a cooler if water for customers. Everyone is so cheerful at Honda. I never mind coming!!Thank you for great service! I am very upset with how things panned out. I bought the car, inspection took longer than I was told, leaving me without a vehicle.
