They make you do surveys 5 times. They want to repeat answers, and why? I did a survey in person. I was texted to give my opinion same day. It felt unethical to do twice, so I unsubscribed. I explained that this wasn’t working for me. And now, another text (thanks for the spam?). You shouldn’t have to get people to give you ratings for one appointment so often. 5 times in 30 hours is shady. So no, no I wouldn’t go back. There were problems with the appointment, aka no one checked the vin. Warranty information was ignored until pointed out. But people were kind and fixed things; so in person I have a very positive rating. I was in person and didn’t want to discourage anyone. But since you won’t leave me alone. It was pretty xxxx I would’ve given 2/5. But now I’m a 1/5 because you won’t let me move on because I gave you a 5/5. That’s shady. Won’t ever be back. Literally can’t pay me. And I’ll be happy to add this to google reviews and Yelp if you continue to contact me. More

I went to Regal with interest in a new 2021 Honda Accord for my daughter and purchase the Touring 2.0T. The service was great. I went back two days later and bought a second new 2021 Honda Accord Touring Hy for my daughter and purchase the Touring 2.0T. The service was great. I went back two days later and bought a second new 2021 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid and gave the Hybrid to my daughter and kept the 2.0T model for myself. My only disappointment was that Honda financing would not let me take advantage of the 1.9% interest on two vehicles so an alternative bank with a higher interest rate was used for the second car although I don’t blame Regal for that. Overall, very satisfied! More
