My Honda was towed in due to a dead battery when it was 5 minutes to closing. I told Levi my situation and because of the time rental cars weren’t an option. Yes, it sucks when your battery dies but having a service advisor who is willing to get down and dirty in your car AFTER HOURS to make sure you can get home and make it to work the next day is priceless.
