I appreciate my service advisor making an accommodation for me to have my recalled fuel pump installed on a Saturday. I called a couple different times & spoke to a few different people from different depa for me to have my recalled fuel pump installed on a Saturday. I called a couple different times & spoke to a few different people from different departments to order my fuel pump due to a recall. The Brandon Honda dealership would not help me out & refused to order a pump for me so that’s why I picked your dealership to help me with this. I confirmed with a few different associates I can get this done on a Saturday but once I arrived at my appointment on Saturday I was told a recall repair doesn’t get done on Saturdays due to limited staff. I was deeply upset that the associates on the phone did not tell me this information. I do not reside in Lakeland & it was a long drive to your dealership. I would greatly appreciate it if you can property train your staff to give your customers the correct information before making appointments on a Saturday. I find your limited hours on a Saturday to be very inconvenient seeing I work full time Monday-Friday. I do wish to thank the service advisor Nick for helping me out. This last time it took someone 30 minutes to write me up on the service drive and I have an appointment, I was told they over good experience there.
