A little pushy to get the car out the door. Brought car back in for a roof rack and rails. One side of the rail wasn't screwed in and had to go all the way back to learn they had to order screws. We dropped our vehicle off on Friday evening for an 8am service on Saturday morning. Waited and waited at the house for a phone call to let us know our car was ready to be picked up. Didnt even get that service on Saturday morning. Waited and waited at the house for a phone call to let us know our car was ready to be picked up. Didnt even get that from the service writer. The courtesy shuttle driver called my wife at 1pm Saturday afternoon to tell her he was on his way. Thank you shuttle driver for your help.
