No. I will NOT make a phone call. It will be email ONLY. You already have my email address from when I made my appointment, but have tried calling me anyway. So you already know who I am. But then again, since I entered all my information including vehicle information when I scheduled the service and was called the day before, and was asked that information AGAIN, this could mean that your website is inadequate and maybe you don't have my email. So if that's a problem and you can't email me, that's the fault of your website, and we aren't going to discuss it. Correct your website so that you receive all information given, so that you don't need to call to ask for information I already gave. It's either email or nothing. I'm not calling, nor am I going to receive a call at some random time when I just happen to be in an inconvenient situation. I already gave all of the information needed, except what I mentioned above about scheduling on the website and being called the day before. EDIT on 1/29/2021: You never contacted me via email like I said to do, so I think it's safe to assume that you don't want to even try to take action. This means that everything so far is just lip service.
