I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Regal Honda, specifically with Thomas and the team handling my vehicle trade-in. After purchasing a car and trading in my previous vehicle, I was assured t Honda, specifically with Thomas and the team handling my vehicle trade-in. After purchasing a car and trading in my previous vehicle, I was assured that the balance on my trade-in would be paid off promptly. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It has now been almost two months, and my previous auto loan is in delinquent payment status because Regal Honda failed to pay off the trade-in within the required timeframe under Florida law—which typically mandates payment within 10 days. This delay has put my credit at risk and caused significant stress and frustration, all due to their negligence. To make matters worse, instead of taking full accountability and correcting the situation properly, I was offered a $500 gift card—clearly intended to persuade me to change or remove my negative reviews. This felt like a clear attempt to cover up poor business practices rather than take meaningful responsibility. I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism from Regal Honda, and sadly this experience delivered none of those things. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution, document everything, and make sure the dealership follows through on their obligations—because they certainly didn’t in my case.
